2 skeins of medium weight, sort-of-knubly wool or wool/blend, size 8 US needles. Cast on as many stitches as you want to determine the correct width for a 3+ toddler Knit as many rows as it takes to use up both skeins. For extra credit, sew on some big sequins around the ends (3 YO's suggestion)
